HeFei Conada R&D team focuses on new chemical materials, specializing in waterborne polyurethane and fine chemicals. Led by Xie Wei, a master's graduate with nearly 20 years of experience in waterborne polyurethane research, the team's core members all hold bachelor's degrees or higher. The team possesses a complete technology chain from laboratory R&D to industrial production, holds relevant invention patents, collaborates with universities on industry-academia-research projects, and can provide customized technical solutions.
